ORDERING INFORMATION
Order by telephone between 9 am and 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please have ready the PRODUCT ID, quantity and exact dimensions of each item you are ordering. Please be sure to listen carefully when your order is read back to you for confirmation.
PAYMENT METHODS
Westfall Framing accepts any card bearing the Visa, Mastercard or America Express imprint. Cashiers checks and money orders are acceptable as prepayment. Personal checks are acceptable as prepayment but may require clearance before we fill the order. Call us for an exact quote on your order before sending any prepayment. Purchase orders are honored for all state, federal and local governments and recognized schools or institutions. Purchase orders may be accepted from private institutions or businesses. Terms: payable upon receipt, past due 30 days after receipt. We reserve the right to refuse purchase orders or demand prepayment from any institution that has failed to honor our payment terms. Sorry, Westfall Framing does not extend credit or offer payable accounts. Florida residents pay 7.5% sales tax unless we are provided appropriate certification from the State of Florida.
RETURNS
Damaged or defective materials can be returned for replacement or full refund. Westfall Framing may require a return of material BEFORE replacement is shipped. All replaced material must ultimately be returned. If material is damaged please retain all packing material and contact us IMMEDIATELY. Custom sized materials ordered incorrectly or returned for color or finish reasons may be subject to a 30% restocking charge. All shipping charges for such returns are not refundable.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped via UPS standard ground service. Large orders or oversized materials may ship via motor freight. Westfall Framing will ship all orders no later than the second business day after orders are received. We will contact you immediately if there is any conflict or delay. UPS regular ground service time-in-transit, in business days (Monday-Friday): 1-2 days Southeast, 3-4 days Midwest and Northeast, and 5-6 days to Mountain and Western states. Call Westfall Framing for an exact delivery date or time to your area.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is $8.00 plus 5% of your order BEFORE any discount is subtracted. Depending on size, orders including flat goods (acrylic, mat or backing) may have an additional one time charge. The "flat rate" is determined by the UNITED INCHES of your largest flat good. United inches is the total of the height plus width (for example, a 16" x 20" mat board is 36 united inches). Moulding over 56 inches in length is subject to an additional, one time charge of $5.00. |
